Very useful report where users are able of viewing right away the Serial Number (SN), Invoice on Sales Return (Inv/SR No), the respective description, value of goods/services as well as the VAT amount. User will be able to see all the details in respective columns.

titleTR-02 GST Details Report(Singapore)

This report allow the users to view the list of branches, allowing to select the branches, and displaying reports with important particulars such as the Invoice Number, Descriptions, Amount Before and After Tax, Total Input of Purchases, Total GST Payable sand some other important particulars that are relevant to the user.

Hints:

Report style that generate by additional filters / fields such as Order by. Users may get additional columns of Amount of Tax before and after compared to earlier reporting style.

titleTR-03 GST Summary Report(Singapore)

This report here allow users to choose the respective options such as Branch and Date for generating the report, allowing user to view columns of AJP, AJS, ESN43 and many other information on the go.


Hints:

This report file differs from the TR-01 Report where this allow user to have filter by Branch along with the Date option rather than the Month.

titleTR-04 GST Details Report

It's an useful report that allow users to choose the Document type apart from list of branches, with an option of displaying documents without GST and generate respective report. This report allow the users to generate report results containing information such as the Output and Input of Sales, along with the Totals Input and Output Purchases and GST Payable.

  • Select Company and click Change
  • Select Branch
  • Select Date Range
  • Select Options
  • Select Order By → Transaction date or Creation date
  • Select Document Type
  • Select Tax Filling Status →All, filed or not filed

  • Click Printable Page → to print the current table or columns
  • Click Export to Excel or CSV → to export current table or columns

NOTES:

This report is very much advance compared to the two previous reports mentioned earlier. This is suitable or applicable for users to view a very detailed report with additional columns such as Filling Cycles, Tax Filling Status and filters by Document Types.

It's an useful report that allow users to choose the Document type apart from list of branches, with a drop down option for Tax Filling Status. This report allow the users to generate report results containing information such as the Totals Input and Output Purchases.

  • Select Company and click Change
  • Select Branch
  • Select Date Range
  • Select Document Type
  • Select Tax Filling Status → All, filed or not filed

  • Click Printable Page → to print the current table or columns
  • Click Export to Excel or CSV → to export current table or columns
