  • Click on New Campaign button. 
  • A new interface will be directed as shown in the below image.

  • Key in the Code as in number and Campaign's Title.
  • For the Name, key in the Campaign's Title. It can be as in seasonal, for example, Christmas Sale, Valentine's Day, or Summer Sale. 
  • Key in appropriate Start and End date for the Campaign Reward. 
  • Click on Set Details button.
  • Click on Add Rules button (upper top left – the second screen “Membership Campaign Reward Rules” will pop up), as sample shown above. 

  • Key in “.*” (dot followed by asterisk symbol) for Item Code, Category Level 1, Category Level 2, Category Level 3, Category Level 4 and Category Level 5.
  • Select “RATIO” for Calculation Option field.
  • Key in “1.0” in the Multiply By field. This is for RM1 = 1 point. (Note: The ratio can be set as 0.1, 0.5 or 10.0, depending on your company's Membership Policy).
  • Click on Update button.
  • Click on Save & Close button.
  • Finally, in the “Campaign (Reward)” screen, click on Confirm & Save button to properly save the whole campaign.
