| This page allows to generate Membership Statement. Membership Statement provides the information and transactions made for a particular member. |
- Key-in the correct Member Card.
- In case user is unable to recall the Member Card number, user may click on the Member Card (in blue colour font), and a new Fuzzy Search page will be directed.
- Select the date range for the Membership statement.
- Select Branch and click on the 'Submit' button.
- Upon clicking on the 'Submit' button, a statement will appear as shown in the below image:
