This page functions to create new campaign for the reward. For example, you may want to reward your loyal customers for points based on seasons. Before rewarding them, you must create the Reward Campaign in this function page. |
- Click on New Campaign button.

- Key in the Code

- as in number and Campaign's Title.
- For the Name, key in the Campaign's Title. It can be seasonal, for example, Christmas, Valentine's Day, or Summer Sale.
- Key in appropriate Start and End date for the Campaign Reward.

- Click on Add Rules button (upper top left – the second screen “Membership Campaign Reward Rules” will pop up), as sample shown

- Key in “.*” (dot followed by asterisk symbol) for Item Code, Category Level 1, Category Level 2, Category Level 3, Category Level 4 and Category Level 5.

- Select “RATIO” for Calculation Option field.

- Key in “1.0” in the Multiply By field

- . This is for RM1 = 1 point. (Note: The ratio can be set as 0.1, 0.5 or 10.0, depending on your company's Membership Policy).
- Click on Update button.

- Click on Save & Close button.

- Finally, in the “Campaign (Reward)” screen, click on Confirm & Save button to properly save the whole campaign.
