There is only one way to search for the Member's Name, which is by Member Card No. 

Therefore, the card number should be typed correctly to search for the customer. 

The form will appear similar to Create Membership and the Valid From date will be automated to the next date from the previous Valid To date. 

The customer's details also can be edited in this page.

Upon renewing, scroll down and click on the button "Renew".
